Eileen C. de Grandis MD, RPVI
Dr. de Grandis is a native of the Great Plains, born in Lincoln, Nebraska, and raised in Fargo, North Dakota. She earned her undergraduate degree from the University of Pennsylvania, and medical degree from Temple University, both in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. In 2009, she moved to Rochester, Minnesota where she successfully completed five years of General Surgery residency at the Mayo Clinic, followed by two years of Vascular Surgery fellowship at the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis. Dr. de Grandis is board certified in General Surgery, board certified in Vascular Surgery, and a Registered Physician in Vascular Interpretation. She is a member of the Lee County Medical Society, and a candidate member of the Society for Vascular Surgery.
Dr. de Grandis enjoys designing and making jewelry, swimming at Florida's fantastic beaches, and raising her family.
Brian D. Kurland MD, F.A.C.S
Dr. Kurland was born in Massapequa, New York in 1962. Dr. Kurland attended college and medical school at SUNY Stony Brook. He is a member of the medical honor society Alpha Omega Alpha. In 1993, he successfully completed his surgical internship, residency, and chief residency at Montefiore Hospital-Albert Einstein College of Medicine in New York. He then completed his fellowship in Vascular Surgery in 1994 at Baylor University in Dallas, Texas. Dr. Kurland is Board-certified and re-certified in both General and Vascular surgery.
Dr. Kurland is a proud member of numerous professional organizations and societies including, Lee County Medical Society, Alpha Omega Alpha. He is a diplomat of the National Board of Medical Examiners, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He is also a member of the Florida Vascular Society, Society for Clinical Vascular Surgery and a charter member of the International Society for Vascular Surgery.
In his spare time, Dr. Kurland enjoys, golf, triathlons, spending time with his children and is a life master at Bridge.
